There is no "one-size-fits-all." Every person has a different history, different interests, and different goals. Both the in-person training and online programming offered at CS4 are tailored to the individual to provide the best results.
CS4 training is composed of a multitude of movements, exercises, and activities that emphasize functionality and efficiency. A combination of high-intensity, strength, and regenerative/recovery work comes together to form the ultimate training program.
CS4 training modalities are dependent on the interests and goals of the individual, and therefore each session is unique and interesting! There are so many different and fun ways to train that yield great results.
